Delete your account
You can delete your Nsibi account at any time, from inside the app. It is permanent: there is no undo, and no way for us to bring your messages back.
How to delete it
- 1Abre Nsibi en tu teléfono.
- 2Ve a la pestaña Tú, luego Cuenta.
- 3Toca Borrar cuenta.
- 4Lee qué se borra y qué se conserva, luego escribe tu número para confirmar.
- 5Toca Borrar mi cuenta.
What is deleted
Your profile
Tu nombre, foto, número de teléfono y los ajustes asociados.
Your encryption keys and backup
Las claves de tu dispositivo y tu copia de seguridad cifrada se destruyen. Nadie puede restaurar tu historial después, nosotros incluidos: nunca tuvimos la clave.
Your chats and status
El historial de mensajes de tu teléfono, tus estados, y tu pertenencia a cada grupo y chat.
What is kept, and why
Two things outlive your account. Neither is linked to your name or number once the account is gone.
Messages you already sent
Se quedan en los chats de las personas a las que los enviaste, igual que un SMS. Nuestros servidores solo los guardaron cifrados y los borran a los 90 días.
Records of payments
Si compraste monedas o recibiste un pago, esos registros se conservan. Estamos obligados a guardarlos, y ya no llevan tu nombre ni tu número.
If you have already removed the app
Deleting the app does not delete your account. Reinstall Nsibi, sign in with the same number, and follow the steps above. If you cannot get back in, email us at hello@nsibi.chat from a number you can verify, and we will delete it for you.
Your coins and any earnings you have not withdrawn are forfeited when you delete your account. Withdraw them first: we cannot return them afterwards.
